Q: how long will it take to get my popcorn order?

A: Most orders will be hand popped two to three days after your order is placed, and then shipped or delivered based on your selected delivery mode. Delivery and turnaround time on custom orders will vary based on order size.

Q:  can i order custom bags for my next event?

Q:  can i place another type of custom order?

Q: CAN I RETURN A POPCORN ORDER?

A: Unfortunately, since this is a food product we do not offer returns.

Q:  Does your product coNtain peanuts?

A: Yes, our popcorn contains peanuts as well as tree nuts, and may contain small kernels.

Q: IS your product gluten-free?

A: Yes.

Q: what if my package arrives and it is damaged?

A: If your package arrives and it is damaged, contact us right away at info@northshorepopcorn.com or 269-697-1140 and please take photos of the damaged box and tin or tins.

Q: I live in the chicagoland area, can i pick up my order?

A: Yes, you can pick up your order. Send us an email and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
